I am glad we could have his highness Joe Biden in our town.

Yes he did. Cops pay taxes too, and at his point in his career he probably pays more than half of the people on this board..

I'm not sure how your statement relates to my post at all.

I was merely pointing out how ironic it is that a cop, who is paid by tax-payers and often works to impede traffic, was complaining about someone who is paid by tax-payers impeding traffic.

I was just pointing out that he pays taxes too. So he has the right to complain as much as you and i do. Look at it this way, he has to pay a portion of his own salary. Sorry ti interfere with ur post, just addding my .02 is all.

The only reason I impede traffic is to clean up after some idiot makes a mess.

I'm sure I'm like most other people, there are parts of my job I don't like.

But to inconvenience thousands of people, so a guy can go watch a football game, when he's being paid by those same taxpayers, is wrong.

Just like I think it's wrong for the President to go on vacation on our dime.

When I go on vacation, I don't take from the city coffers to pay for my airfare and accommodations.

I saw they were sitting on every exit of the tollway, and even a few in between every exit. That's a little over kill IMO. I'm sure the SS can handle security without DPS at every single exit.

The question that no one has asked is "who the hell would want to harm Biden?"

Anyone who doesn't like the current administration? It's a gross overstatement, but I'd venture to guess that there's more than a few people wouldn't mind seeing bidens head as a wall hanging.
