You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.

I went with TurboTax and did itemized. Seemed extremely thorough. Thanks for the tips.

been doing turbo tax itemized for years, each year it imports your info so all you have to do is add your information from paycheck or 1098 and so on.

Been doing my own for years. Now Jenn does it.
I always used TurboTax and itemized all kinds of shit. Not sure if others are any better, but I never felt a need to branch out.

            Taxact.com, it's simple. I'm getting back almost $5,300!

Did it let you deduct hours of service meals, lodging, cell phone, internet, clothing, dry cleaning, safety gear, union dues, job insurance, auto miles ect.....
Most of the generic tax sites won't pick up on what your profession allows you to deduct.

A good CPA that knows how to do railroad taxes is worth their weight in gold. You should have asked around to see who alot of guys at work use. I have an awesome guy, but he won't take any new business as he's booked solid.

Past two years turdotax has gotten all tweaked and I've had to wrestle with it for hours trying to get it working properly. Never again. I switched to taxact this year and did everything start to finish in just a few minutes. Got my refund in about one week. Didn't cost me a penny.

Mine did that last year too. So I switched my browser to Firefox to complete them. Never had another issue. Something about IE not updating.

TurboTax, I'm getting back $7150. Been using it for years and it works great, no sense in giving hundreds to someone to do something I can do on my own for $30.

                              Another Turbo Tax user.

                              Business and personal.

Nice refund on the way and ALL of my deductions accounted for.

They have really dummied it down with the UI so it's quite simple..
