Who does your taxes? Made more this year than I have ever made in the past and want to get this done right, hopefully getting some $ back.

In the past I've used H&R Block online, seemed ok. I've always been a contractor in the past and always owed. This past year I've made salary+bonus and am thinking I might get a refund, not really sure. Any tips would be appreciated.

I use a CPA. It took me 1 email and then a 2 minute meeting to sign the paperwork to do my taxes this year. I despise H&R Block with a passion. Depending on where you're located I can put you in touch with who I use if you're interested.

I used HR BLock as well and they are quite exspenisve. I switched to Turbo Tax the last 2 years. For 30$ it's quite easy.

I'm in San Antonio if that works with your CPA. What does he charge? Feel free to PM.

He is based out of Irving area, but only travels around DFW.

CPA in Frisco, not that it helps.... I paid him $225 for a joint, non-complex return (ie - no rental properties, capital gains, etc), and it was well worth it.

<-- finally not paying more for Obamacare.... at least again...
