        Maybe the popular members are popular because they have repuations of being rational and logical in their posts and don't just whine about anything and everything, whereas the unpopular members are unpopular because they're nuts or they're easily set off or they fail to take responsibility for their actions, and it follows that the rational and well-liked members have legitimate complaints when they do make them, and the unpopular members are just doing more of what made them unpopular in the first place?

                    Lets just make this simple,


                    We found a clear problem with teamjacob car, (motor was not balanced by his request since he did not want to pay for it) we had nothing to do with this his choice since the motor was done before coming to us......

                    We put motor in the car, motor has a viboration, customer tells us we need to fix it on our dime and I decline.......

                    Customer tells me he is going to ruin us on the Internet.......

                    We at Truestreet take great pride in customer service, we have grown in just over two years from 2 employees and 4,000 sqft to 7 employes and 10,0000 sqft.

                    We average 43 cars a month with follow up calls to customer to make sure cars are working correctly.......if they are not, bring it back and let us make it 100%
                    If we were taking advantage of customer we would not continue to grow


                    So I see there are many on here that have a bad taste/experiences from other shops and I hate to see that. But the fact is we are not the shop they had a problem with so to put us in that class I have a issue.......

                    I as a owner take this VERY serious, I have two small children and this is how I feed them. If we do not take care of our customers then I would expect to fail..... But this is not the case

                    Let me ask DFWMUSTANGS.NET this........

                    If you offered to help with something you did not cause or have any hand in, that person declines the help unless you pay for something you did not do.......then they start affecting how you feed your family/paycheck

                    Most would have taking this into a different level....

                              You were setting him up for a balance and rebuild, you would have started with that because you thought you had done no wrong. It wouldn't have ended with oh fuck we made a mistake.
