1. Jokes about a customers misfortune
2. Edits that customers well mannered replies to more jokes
3. Deletes those replies and ultimately the entire thread
4. Then reports it to have that customer banned

No actually Tim made a thread with random videos of cars on the dyno. A guy comes in asking about his truck and if we had worked on one before. Teamjacob comes in and randomly spouts off about how TS is nothing but a bunch of crooks, and how no one there knows shit and the guy should look elsewhere to take his business. Not a single comment about TJ was made before his comment. Then it went on from there. I'm sure a mod can view the thread and verify this...

I have to ask, if your car was after the "dowel pins" a perfectly good running and reliable car, then why part it out? It was said that the car was great after that, I would venture to guess that you would want to enjoy the car at that point not immediately want to take it apart unless there was another problem.. Just a though

Also why did TJ not take the car back to TS and allow them to make the car right rather then taking it to another shop and expecting TS to cover the costs when they cannot verify what the problem was and cannot guarantee the work done was done right? That would be like buying a new Mustang then a week later the alternator quit working. You then take it to a random shop to get fixed rather then back to Ford and allowing them to fix it. They will tell you the same thing. They are not going to reimburse you the costs. You also say you got screwed out of $5400, review the receipt and lets add up the cost of parts.

I don't want to start a shit storm but this is how I see it..
