I wouldn't allow them to in the first place. I've had a shop do 2 things for me, ever. 1) build my first race engine, which subsequently blew up because of stock rods (my fuck up, not the shop's) and 2) That same shop tuned my race engine, the one that has been running without a freshen or change in tune since the 2005 season. Everything else I've done myself, from personal cars to race cars. If I don't know how to do something, I research it to figure out how, then I do it. Some people can't be bothered by it though. YMMV

As a owner, he shouldn't go there. So when I saw that the last post was someone asking about service, I said Clint has no integrity and is very unprofessional and sent the guy a pm with more detail. That's childish? Clint changed my threads to "I like bubbles" and "I need more bubbles for my bubble gun" lol. Funny but not professional and very childish

Since this topic is getting dredged back up, IMO it was a lose/lose from the start. You take it back to them, they can lie and say they found nothing wrong and give it back to you and charge you again. You take it to someone else for a third party opinion and someone who has no interest in fucking you over, well now, Truestreet can't guarantee that work so your warranty is void. As soon as they forgot that dowel pin you were fucked. This is the gamble we all take with shops. I've only found 1 honest mechanic in all my days and he's about to retire.

Clint threatened the shit out if me to have character witnesses and counter due etc etc etc. even though, I know what happened I don't have much faith in the court system and my gf and I decided it would hurt us badly if some bull shit decision was made and I was counter sued. So props to cling because I folded my hand. I knew he lied through his teeth on here and that told me he wouldn't have a problem doing it in court. It doesn't matter, his shop won't last anyway. Just curious about the censorship. IF I wanted to say(which I'm not, just making a crazy example) Clint was a sack of dog dicks and his shop was a front for prostituting out baby turtles, I thought we had the freedom to do it here

This crosses the line into libel. There is a way to word what you're saying here without it being libel, but I'll leave that for you to figure out.

Also, If you have your ducks in a row your case wouldn't rest on Clint's testimony, you'd be able to prove everything you said without the judge having to hear a word out of his mouth.

So, they aren't allowed to bash you, but you can bash them with every post you make?
