I'd love to dump my cable, but the girl needs her reality TV. So if she happy, keeps me happy.

how in the world did you ever get roped into paying over a thousand dollars a year for free shit? Do you ride a train and just don't have time to consider the consequences?

inet was too slow before u-verse came here. I paid it for almost 20 years. I have a u-verse phone/cell tv inet package now but programming on tv sucks.
Don't worry about what you can't change.
Do the best you can with what you have.
Be honest, even if it hurts.

In same boat as you basically. Live in an area comparable to where you live (borderline "sticks") and only 1 provider.

The OTA service rocks, I use it in my shop and get plenty of channels. I live further north than you do south - so I'd assume you'd get more channels. (Only hesitation is I get Sherman channels too)

Did you have to call and threaten to leave them? I've been with them for just about as long but haven't received any "thank you" discounts.
