Cant link it on my phone, the article on the CNN website said thrre were a large number of guns present. I find it hard to believe this guy got the drop on both of them

Unless I am misreading this they were at a range, I would expect a large number of guns to be present.

I'd like to know just what happened more than just that he was shot in the back.

From one of the news reports I saw, they were both shot at extremely close range from behind. That is the only way you would beat Chris in a gun fight

Especially with someone he believed had his back because of his service.

Both he and Kyle were discharged and private citizens.

Such a tragedy, I had a chance to meet him a few months ago at a buddy's place. They were doing a hunt for wounded warriors. Probably doing something similar here. Had a few beers and hung out for a while. He was truly a great guy.

He should go though the regular court system getting his speedy trial then straight to the executioner's table. I'd almost rather him go though the civilian court system in Texas than the military court system. Look at that douche nugget Hassan who is somehow still breathing and going though a trial.

He did something horrible but still needs a court trial but he should be expedited though the system after his trial is over.

Of course not, they're too busy reporting beyonce lip singing.

                            • The amount of disrespectful comments on FB and twitter are simply uncalled for.

Hell, even a "friend" of mine of FB (who is in the Navy) made a harsh comment stating that he was nothing more than a trained murderer and not a hero. I thought most military folks had each other's backs?

This is truly sad, he was a great guy and did a lot to help others. I feel for his family.

Anyone see what Ron Paul said about this?

Chris Kyle's death seems to confirm that "he who lives by the sword dies by the sword." Treating PTSD at a firing range doesn't make senseRon Paul Tweet
