Caliper Test

I've got an interview next week, and the company wants me to take this test. I've read some information online about it. They say it takes two hrs. Has anyone taken? If so, any advice?

It's like the JEPS test, but different.

It is more of a personality type test...no right/wrong answers to the questions. The company is trying to find out more about your personality, traits, etc to see if you would be a good fit.

Best thing I can say is just answer honestly, don't try to "guess" what the company might want you to answer.

They say that, but you can be damn sure there are wrong answers. Answer wrong, and you don't get the job.
