            Friend of mine got pulled over for speeding . The highway patrol officer asked him to step out the truc, and come to the front of the vehicle. Officer asked him where his front bumper was. Friend said it was at the house. Officer asked "Where is your license plate?" Friend said, "on the damn bumper". He got three different ticket and could not figure out why the officer had it out for him. I laughed really hard.

                  Two things I like about Florida is no front plates and no state inspection.

                  The beaches, weather, and fishing help too.
