Shady tree cutter cut down half a tree for my mom then asked for the rest of money and swore to god he would be back.

Mom old fashioned and believed him and he never came back.

Said his name was Karl 817 423 2824 drove a black suzuki forenza.

supposedly lives right down the street at 3016 ge...... zip 76123

Mom still believes he will come and finish cutting down the tree.

Any help any of this true?
