Though since you posted a brand new Acura that sells for right at 40k, thats a hell of alot more than 15k. A 2008 or older Acura with V-6, now this is more of an performance advatage for the new Fusion.
      2008 Acura TL Base engine: 3.2L 258 hp V6
      Horsepower: 258 @ 6200 RPM
I wasn't looking at price until you mentioned it, but yeah, the Acura is a bit pricier. I still guarantee our Acura will out perform the 2.0 Fusion easily.

These things handle better than any car I have driven and are incredible looking.

The torque vectoring AWD is rated as highly or better than BMW and Benz in published tests / reviews I have read. 130 mph on the highway is effortless and feels like 80mph.
        They look like shit.

IMHO, make your daily driver a fun, engaging vehicle. It doesnt have to be flashy or expensive, but dont be driving in misery. Think of it as a gift to yourself in reward for the new position

I get to drive alot of cars and the new Fusion I drove was a beast and very fast for a 2.0 4 cyl. turbo 4-door. The Acura might be a tad faster, but it should be for a 3.7 V-6 (Fords 3.7 V-6=300HP). I really dont like the newer TL's but the older ones were pimp and I almost bought one.

Not sure whats out there for 15K in rwd performance without having age and issues.

I always agreed that the last gen looked better, but this ONE has really won me over. I don't like them all, but the way mine is set up looks like sex to me.

And as far as the unbalanced, nose heavy comment, that couldn't be farther from the truth. It handles with more balance, torque, and maneuverability than any other car I've driven. :-)
