Is it hard? I was there earlier this year and saw so many condo's listed for $150,000 USD. I met an old guy from Oklahoma when i was there. He said he knows the lady that runs a little hotel/restaraunt at the marina, and he stays there for 3 or 4 months at a time, then goes back to OK. Really gave me a goal over the next 15 years.

an old highschool buddy of mine just picked this up. He's pretty much the Whiteboy of Phoenix. He says he got it for a song and can get it delivered to me for close to what that ad is asking. supposed to have a pretty hot 406 sbc in it. He's gonna get it painted and shoot me a number, we'll see.

my thougts too. i would even think about checking it out if he was more realistic on price. you can pick up a completed one for that money or just a few thousand more.
