That I'm not sure of. Bryce refers to a guy that used to buy used engines from junkyards, clean and paint them, then put them up for sale on craigslist as rebuilt. One poor sap that was burned by Bryce started putting up ads that read something like "Scammer Bryce at it again" and would even link Bryce's ads in his own ad. I haven't seen those ads up in a while, this "winsor" motor for sale reminded me of it.
