My mom was there for work as well. They had an 'entourage' kind of deal with a car service. There was no sight seeing in the city, although they did a group excursion to the anthropology museum, which she said is one of the top 10 museums in the world. She saw someone get carjacked while they were sitting in traffic, lmfao. Piss on that place. I wouldn't let a white woman walk in the city alone, since that's what you seem to be asking.

The weird thing is that if you have an escort that is foreign they can't have weapons. So they have to partner with a local company that is authorized to have guns. With things being so corrupt you never really know who you can trust.
