I won't ask you to go into further detail than this but, did the people that you hit (outside of the cars) die? Friend's aunt who had dementia alzhiemers you name it, walked in front of one and was killed.

This wasn't in the Rubidoux/Riverside, CA area a few years ago was it? When my Dad was at a home there one of their patients had gotten out and was hit.

What part of the Country was your routes Kris? How long have you been a train driver?

I worked for a class 2 railroad it was local. I worked the fort worth to Everman job when I first got certified switching the miller brewery and industries in that area for a year. Then got on the fort worth to Dublin run.

It paid decent but by no means baller $$$$$ especially after tier 1 and tier 2 railroad retirement on top of what other jobs take out

My stepdad said that they hit a few fuel tankers. Said that they would not hit the brakes for fear of sparks so they just slowed it down and hoped it was full. Said the cab filled with gas and they could not breathe for shit.....
