Its upsetting to see this thread turned into an ebattle. I've know mike for few years he's done some work on my house and from what my friend said he will do anything for anybody. i meet mike though my friend who meet him at another site stangs.net or something like that.

please just keep an eye out for this guy and if you happen to see him at a restaurant anywhere kids are present please get a pic. as part of the plea he's not allowed anywhere kids could be present.

Can you post up a part of the plea deal? If what you're saying is true he might as well be on house arrest.

First off, fuck ANY child molestor right up their ass.

Hes getting away with it because hes a low level risk of flight I imagine. Unfortunatly pedos are not gun carrying fanatics or trying to bring down a federal bldg., so know one really gives a fuck. Some felons are just let out in the stereet and if they fuck up again thats the states right to hit them with more jail time. Until then they can go back into society and work, it sucks but what are you going to do.

It's already been said, that if it were their kid they would fuck this dude up. Looks to me that either him or the two guys posting about it need to step up or shut up about it.

He's broken many terms already for all i know they are letting them build up. people just need to be aware if they live near this guy. from what I've read it never ends up one kid. don't let yours be the next. not speaking to you personally just everyone in general.

I've asked to see it but the da told him its for his eyes only not to share with anyone. if anyone had any ? To contact the courts. he read most of the terms to me and its basically restricts him from being around kids.

Seems to me they are trying to use the system that failed to properly punish the guy, to make sure he gets dinged for continued transgressions.

Maybe being a father makes me feel differently than some, but I am one of the type that would have a very hard time not putting a bullet in the head of someone that raped my daughter.. At the same time, I would not feel the same about someone who stole my stereo. See what I mean?

Dude was just trying to help a friend out, like many of us do. And although I can see how his comment about the molesters new GF's age wasn't well thought out, don't think that should result in all of this nonsense.
