Yeah, saw that after I posted it, and I did not think you would go dirty which is why I asked.

I will add though, based on my own morals / opinion, wouldn't consider the two crimes apples to apples comparisons.

In fact, even criminals don't agree, which is why those convicted of that kind of thing are usually subjected to a whole different type of hell in prison.

i know both parties and they have been friends since they were 5. He plead guilty from what i heard from his brother because if it went to trial he would face a min of 20 years. the dad accepted the plea because his daughter has been in and out of wellness centers and putting her on the stand would be even more traumatic for her.

Just from my own opinion of knowing all the facts i think he did these horrible things. first off if someone said i did these things i would have done anything to prove i didn't. Lie detector what ever. the guy called his sister who works for garland pd to help him. he also called the police dept. claiming that the family was trying to set him up. Told all of us they were after money and his daughter was just looking for attionen. first red flag he doesn't have any more nor know anyone that does. later i found out the daughter never told her parents she told a friend. the friend then told her mother so then the mother called the girls parents.

The dad didn't want to believe it so he took her to the advocacy center to find out the truth. from there a warrant was issued.

the daughter and mother to this day have been in and out of wellness centers. the dad is doing everything he can to keep his family together. you can't help but feel for them. the chester no longer has any friends only his family. i no longer associate with the family be

First off, fuck ANY child molestor right up their ass.

Hes getting away with it because hes a low level risk of flight I imagine. Unfortunatly pedos are not gun carrying fanatics or trying to bring down a federal bldg., so know one really gives a fuck. Some felons are just let out in the stereet and if they fuck up again thats the states right to hit them with more jail time. Until then they can go back into society and work, it sucks but what are you going to do.

It's already been said, that if it were their kid they would fuck this dude up. Looks to me that either him or the two guys posting about it need to step up or shut up about it.

He is, however, trying to send a felon who, for all we know, hasn't broken any of his restrictions to jail while overlooking the fact that he's blatantly breaking his restrictions. Hypocrisy at its finest.
