Simple; he was not guilty but was too much of a pussy to risk going to trial. I know 2 brothers in Collin County who went through the same thing and are now registered sex offenders because of it. I strongly believe that both were not guilty of anything.

I am not saying that the man in this case did not do what he is accused of. I was just bringing up the possibly. I have to file some liens in Collin County next week and may pull this mans file when I am up there. I can normally sniff out BS in a case pretty quickly.

Postcards may have been sent out to everyone in the neighborhood, if they think that he is likely to offend again.
