Basically if enough people report him being in violation, i.e. in close proximity to children, he goes away. The board member this affects has been a member since about 2003, and a lot of you probably remember him.

That guy's mugshot reminds me of someone on here, but I am not naming names. Whoever it is, he doesn't deserve to be breathing air.

Chris, on the phone with him now, the guy plead guilty to a first degree felony, sat in jail for 60 days, and has to go back on his birthday for 30 day stints for the next five years. He just got out after the 60. Supposedly he can go back if he even gets caught drinking.

And it is my friends daughter that this happened to. From what I've been told the guy threatened to kill her if she told, and she didn't for a while. Will continue to give what I can as I find out more.

How the hell do you get a light sentence like that after doing something so heinous?
