When my friends daughter was 7, he blindfolded her and sodomized her. This guy is piece of shit, and is not supposed to be in the vicinity of children even at supermarkets and the like. It says he is in custody, but he is not.

Basically if enough people report him being in violation, i.e. in close proximity to children, he goes away. The board member this affects has been a member since about 2003, and a lot of you probably remember him.

Was he convicted? As despicable as this is, if hes not convicted then he's not going to be on the registry.

Arrest date says 11/2012. Is he just out on bail?

I get that the guy is a pissed off father, i cant even imagine the rage and disgust in his life right now. But if he hasn't been convicted, i would be hesitant to try and ruin any chances for the charges to get dismissed. Be very careful you don't let your hate also expose your friends to any harrassment or other legal problems.

Chris, on the phone with him now, the guy plead guilty to a first degree felony, sat in jail for 60 days, and has to go back on his birthday for 30 day stints for the next five years. He just got out after the 60. Supposedly he can go back if he even gets caught drinking.

And it is my friends daughter that this happened to. From what I've been told the guy threatened to kill her if she told, and she didn't for a while. Will continue to give what I can as I find out more.
