If you get a surveillance system, make sure to get high definition cameras with the ability to zoom in on any portion of the picture. Put one at your mailbox as well so that you can get plate info in instances like this.

The cheaper surveillance systems are absolutely worthless. You can't make out what is happening with enough detail to do any good.

I agree, but our mailboxes are all house mount in our neighborhood(no street boxes). I am open to suggestions on street viewing options.

I would be driving thru the apartments that are close by while thinking of different ways to fuck with him.....I would probably start by replacing his hubcap once I found the car he was driving.
