Are you getting wireless sensors? We had a builder-installed wired system that Smith Thompson used, with the addition of a wireless motion sensor and an extra keypad, when we switched to them.
We are also getting the pre-wire done from our builder so I will probably give Smith Thompson a call once the house is complete.
