    Seb's high class.
    He'll mow your grass.
    He'll kick your ass.
And while his kidney stones pass,
    He'll piss in a glass!

This is dead on the money. I charge banks huge money to do this.
Magnus, I am your father. You need to ask your mother about a man named Calvin Klein.

I'd be sure there are permits on file. IMHO, if you drive forward with finishing that w/o permits and the city/some neighbor decides to f' you on it - you're screwed. That's assuming there is actually a big hole and all that.

Built in '91/'92. Has 11 prior owners and a pool. Tax appraisal around $145K.

What would be the cost associated with getting rid of the enclosure to use pool later? Can it be done yourself or someone has to do it?

Ah, so a old pool...not like they were installing a new one.

Feather beach is just a boat ramp/city park at lake arlington. Not the best lake around but a great place to do some mid-week wakeboarding.

HUD homes suck to bid on, that in its self might keep me away.

Nickname for the big boat ramp on Lake Arlington which is about half a mile away. Stay off of Brannon Rd and Moonlight CT. right down the street off Poly Webb btw. It's a shithole. Just like the rest of Arlington a bunch of nice houses with one shitty neighborhood in the middle.

Not sure why a hud home would be bad. My sister and her husband just picked up a nice foreclosure that was hud with no problems.

It's just wire mesh and lumber. Just need a pry bar or hammer.
