That's no joke. I for one would not want to be the f#$%r to catch it. I'm sure it will rip up the recipient. I'm surprised there's not a news crew out there pleading with the utility company to rescue it. And where can these sub sonic rounds be found?

A pump up pellet gun with only one pump should get the cat down and won't injure it...like getting hit by a rubber band from a slingshot.
