  • employers needing ten year residence history?

What is this about? I noticed it a few years ago by them wanting my employment history for the last decade. Now they need a decade of residence history?
Is it really necessary to go back that far? Just wondering what kind of federal reg this stems from.

    TIA

        Sounds like a background investigation.

I like the application that asks for all the same background info when they already know you have an active security clearance. The government trusts me but your HR doesn't?
Fuck you. We're going to Costco.

Maybe it has to do with security. Or a clearance.

Why would they want address history?

One of my friends was an appartment whore, he would scout for the move in specials, one month frees, etc. he moved every six month or so, and generally was getting at least a month free each time, and half the time he would get a free mover from the place he was moving to. He was a single guy, and didnt have much as far as decor in his place(s). He dated a chick that worked for one of the appartment finders for a bit, she turned him on to it. I couldnt do it.

Not an o/o yet. Give me time. I have some ideas on how to do it but I am the sole earner. Wife has squid duty until deemed old enough. So I keep the nose to the grind stone and head down/mouth shut until such a time when I can enact the plans. Keeping the powder dry while I search for the best place to work. I aint married to any job.
