TV advice

Someone school me on the best tv, 50 inches plus that I could hang on a wall. Best model, best place to buy ect...thanks in advance.

Depends if you want cheap or if you want good....you won't get both when it comes to a TV. I bought a new screen for our living room a few months back....did tons of research, read everything I could find (not just professional reviews, actual consumer reviews are useful too).....I ended up with one of the newer Samsung 55" 6300 series LED units.....I'm still amazed 3 months later at how real the picture looks on this thing being fed by Verizon Fios. Everyone that comes to my house always comments about it....hell, I wasn't planning a superbowl party this year, but got nominated by a few of my neighbors just b/c of this new TV.

...well that and maybe b/c I always have beer and my wife makes some of the best chili in the land.
