I just cracked open my first home-brewed beer of the year, a nice pale ale, I left it in the fermenter for nearly four weeks, and it has only been bottled for a week and needs to go another week before hitting the fridge, but damn it is good. I bottled 50 bottles of it, and still need to bottle six gallons of a hefeweizen this weekend before I can start on a six gallon batch each of an IPA and some lawnmower beer. Four bottles of this ale and I am feelin' fine already. As much beer as I have been making lately I need to invest in a cornie keg setup, but it is nice to be able to take beer to parties and give them away.

That whiskey aficionado's thread got me thinking. Can tequila be enjoyed the same way other liquors are enjoyed? I just recently developed a taste for patron . I had a few shots a month ago and they were wonderful. I used to hate that shit and now, all the sudden....it so nice..bro so nice....

I love tequila, but my problem with it is twofold...

1. it's expensive

2. It fires me up like no other alcohol and most of the time I just want to mellow out. I typically only drink it at parties.
