  • Speeding Ticket Question

Got a ticket in Dallas County (I75 and NW Hwy) over the weekend, just curious what the Defferred Adjudication deal is for Dallas County. I couldnt find where it says how long you have to go without another ticket for it to drop off, and I have heard it's different from county to county (IE: Garland is only 30 days).

Also, I see it says its $180 on the website. Is that in addition to my ticket, or is that the total fine?

    Thanks!

Haha, yes, but there is a small part (where I got pulled over) that is in Collin County...

I think it's a BS ticket though, I was turning from Mockingbird onto the frontage rd to head north on 75. The Onramp is right there, so I just started to get up to speed, and because I was at 52 by the time I was getting on the onramp, he wrote me for 52 in a 35....garbage...
