Most people I talk to have nothing but good things to say about you, but you sure come across as a condescending prick. Do you have an inferiority complex you've attempted to overcome through overachievement? Or were you fondled as a child?
You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.

So phone interview later today with Styrker Communications. They are located at
1410 Lakeside Parkway, Flower Mound, TX
Good area? Best place to live in the $300k or less budget around there? Any Realtors want to show us around?
Waiting on a vortech pulley and 2 fittings to get the vette back together. Still need to put drive side plugs in.

All sorts of good places along 121, north/east of there and that commute wouldn't be too bad. I live on the border of Frisco/McKinney and that's a 20min drive.
As others have mentioned, check out W. Plano/Allen/Frisco area and your budget is plenty.
PM "Real Estate Nate" on the board (resident realtor) and SVT Lurch (broker) for assistance.

good luck with the move and everything. FlowerMound is nice, but in the flight path so if you like planes flying over you every 10 minutes its awesome. 300k should get you something there, but Id vote for Keller or Southlake which arent terribly far from FM...
