Also, be careful as Texas is a permissive use state. If you provide her with the necessary tools (keys) to operate the vehicle whether you do it knowingly or un-knowingly your insurance is automatically responsible for anything she does in your vehicle. So it could come back and bit you in more ways than one.....just sayin

I need to know more about this. Not to completely thread-jack, but my wife was in a wreck a couple of months ago and the other (at fault) car's insurance company is talking like they're going to deny the claim because the driver wasn't listed on the insurance....
