  • Any snow-fiends interested in keystone ski week?

Ski season is on and I've got a line on a condo for Jan19-27, for $600.
2bedroom, 2bath, and sofa sleeper, around 1500sqft, on the shuttle route.
I've stayed at these condo's before, and it was a good stay, not walking
distance to the slopes but on the shuttle route. Shuttle comes around every
    20 minutes.
In town(and town to town) shuttle is free, runs until 2am, and can take you
to Keystone, Arapaho Basin, Breckenridge, Kirkwood, Vail, etc.

I checked the Air fares and I see Dallas to Denver roundtrip for $145.
It was $110 last Wednesday, might be cheap again when checking flights mid-week.
Or drivable in 1 long day, which I did last year for an Aspen trip.

If you don't drive up, nor get a rental car, the Airport Shuttle is $100 round trip to
    Summit County.

I've been to Keystone many times, and I know the ropes for saving a few bucks
during the trip. Night skiing adds another 4-5 hours on the snow. Plus they have
the enclosed gondolas, or rather Ganja'las as Colorado is now a recreational
carry state, and many a spliff has been offered on the way up

Looking for 1 or 2 snow-fiends to split costs. I don't know how long I can hold
    the condo without committing.

Damn Jay wish I had the money. I haven't been skiing since 08' and would LOVE to go again...but it'll have to wait. Have fun.

Even if you can't make it to the slopes this year, you can still virtual-ski down the mountain on the web....

        Pointing down towards Schoolmarm:

Still looking for 1 or 2 to join and split costs, or I won't be able to go.

            Just me, so far.

If the ski trip comes together, I'll be on the slopes each day, and night.

I saw some round-trip flights for $128 this morning.
I also checked some car rentals, showing mid-size rides low as $11 a day.
That's a great price, and beats the shuttle price to Keystone.

This might be the cheapest prices will get, this close to the condo week.
Let me know if anyone is interested in the condo week to split costs.

There's even a way I know, that can save on lift tickets, if things can be coordinated.

Hit me up today ASAP if anyone wants to go. These are strong prices for a ski
trip in high season. I just need some additional skiers to cost-share and make the
              cost-per-person downright awesome(even less than pre-season).

              Flight $128 + bag fees
              Car rental $50'ish
Condo week $300 (high season is normally almost $200 per night!)
Lift tickets (I *might* be able to help save a bunch)

If things can't be coordinated on the low cost lift tickets, there's usually some
skiers hotselling their passes near the ticket windows, or the local businesses that
buy up the unused passes from vacationers.
