You have to teach you kiddo how to clean it if they are not cut when younger. I have heard of irresponsible parents letting it go and when said child is older the foreskin has "fused" to the head causing some less than desirable circumstances.

I know a guy who got circumcised at 55 years old. He'd been married for 30 years when he had it done. He said it was fucking ridiculously painful.
