  • School me on Scotch.

I know nothing about them, other than one time someone at C&L's make me a scotch on the rocks that was good. Other than that, nothing.

While in Cali, I got to enjoy some Laphroig 25. That stuff was greatness.

I am a Johnnie Walker fan myself. I like Black label, but I fucking love Blue label.

Ah, if him it was likely Johnnie Walker, possibly Blue Label. I know he was on that for a while.

                        Scotch is an expensive habit.

Laphroig Quarter Cask is considerably cheaper and has a lot going on. I went through a couple cases of it earlier this year. It was my work horse.

If you can find a bottle of Ardbeg Uigeadail, snap it up. That shit will up and slap you in the mouth with all the flavors. I only managed to get a case before the Houston area supply dried up

Oh a $50-$75 bottle wouldnt surprise me. A $600 bottle does, though.

They have those small casks that you pour your own wiskey into to let them continue to "age". Supposedly makes cheaper stuff taste like more expensive stuff. I'm not a whiskey drinker but supposedly they work well.

Maybe Christian or Don will chime in on those, I think they are both familiar with them.
