Where's the fine print? I wonder if this is for TX residents only and if you have to be present to win?

Considering they just want the money, I doubt it they would limit it to Texans and being present to win. Nevertheless, I bet if you contacted someone on this page they could provide the "official rules":

You would be surprised, a lot of these are kind of a scam. I've seen a lot of them where if you read the fine print, they don't notify the winner, you have to call and check. And some of them you have to call on a certain day, and during only a couple hour window. If they don't post all the details, I won't part with my money.

The Ticket has done this for 12 years. I doubt it is a scam but I don't have the rules.

Norm is going to read the winner over the air at 10pm over the radio 1310 am.

Ive given in the past and its never been a scam.

However, it is a local dealership Providing the car and a local radio station with a local charity.

Its a valid thought to say you might be ineligible due to not being within the area....but thats not the fault of the charity and no reason to think its a scam.

Not saying I think it's a scam, just saying I don't give money if they don't post the rules. I find it very odd there aren't any, never seen that before.
