I've pretty much been a couch potato for 9 days, only went into work 2 days, worked from home the rest. You have to take it very, very easy.

Stopped fasting at 6AM, I had a small glass of OJ, 4 scrambled eggs, and a handful of granola. Man that shit tasted good!
I did not go 10 full days (240 hours), but I went 9 days + 4 hours (220 hours).
I think I'll make this a semi-annual event.
Hopefully a turtle pokes its head out tomorrow
