Yeah I'm aware what fasting is, but never heard of just sticking to water.

Did you take a before picture? A head shot from day one, compared to day 10 would be interesting. Will your eyes sink in, in 10 days?

No I did not take any before pics, no eyes sinking in lol. It's not that drastic. I lost less than 15 lbs, but it prolly looks like more than that because I've been drinking so much water and no sodium. I didn't tell anyone at work, and no one commmented.
Do NOT even think about going to the gym, you will wind up in the hospital.
I've pretty much been a couch potato for 9 days, only went into work 2 days, worked from home the rest. You have to take it very, very easy.

Very impressive. So are you quitting smoking as well? I know you said that part of this fast was to help you get past that, so how did it work in regards to smoking? As soon as you ate did you feel like lighting up?
