"your so attractive I i'll have an affair with you" Like she doesn't have a choice in the matter. Please
Sounds to me like he needed to learn to control himself, in 10 years she had never hit on him or made any sexual innuendos. Dude should pull his head out of his a$$. I hope any women going to his office are really careful they might just have an affair.

I fired a dude "because he didn't mesh well with other employees." I didn't like the dude and didn't want to keep him employed any longer. It is what it is, I gave him a written statement stating thus."If I asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses." - Henry Ford

LOL. Yes, you can fire anyone for any reason in a right to work state, as long as it isn't a basis that is illegal(such as race, disability, age, gender, etc). However, just because you fire them doesn't mean it is the end of the story. They can still get unemployment(and likely will if you have no documentation of a history of problems), and of course you can be sued by anyone for any reason at all in this country.

Is this common in dental practices? My old dentist's wife worked in the office. He had multiple affairs with the dental techs. Then they got divorced and the now ex-wife STILL worked there. Pretty creepy, they'd have little whispered spats while I'd be in the chair and they were working on me. Well, if things had been better at home... suction please... give me a number four with flouride... I might've stayed around. Then he married his new wife, who was one of the techs he'd had an affair with. Wife #1 finally quit. Then he messed around on the new one with another tech and got a divorce from the second wife.
Then he started dating some titty-dancer who had a little meth problem and stole his car. I had long since quit going there for dentistry. He started calling me asking for legal advice.
