Federal authorities are asking for the public’s help in identifying a young woman who is seen having sex with a 4 or 5-year-old on film.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) says the woman has produced child pornography.
An arrest warrant was signed Tuesday for the woman under the name Jane Doe.
She is described as 23 to 29 years old with a medium build. She has brown hair with blond highlights and hazel/green eyes.
ICE says she has a mole on her left thigh and a tongue piercing “with a white round stud with a pink dot.”
HSI agents believe she is living in the U.S.
“She is believed to have produced at least one long-form child pornography video featuring herself engaging in explicit sexual conduct with a 4 to 5-year-old victim,” ICE said in a news release.
HSI agents received information about the woman from the Danish National Police after law enforcement officers there downloaded the video.
It was given to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, which “determined that the victim had not yet been identified or rescued,” ICE said.
HSI is asking that people with information about the suspect contact the agency by calling the ICE Tip Line at 866-347-2423 or by filling out an online tip form at www.ice.gov/tips.
All tips will remain anonymous.
