They can't take away pay until a complete investigation, otherwise it's considered discipline and they won't be able to justify any further action.

I find it interesting the the lawyer is saying the entire search was illegal, even the vehicle search when the officer's stated they smelled marijuana in the vehicle. Carroll Doctrine gives them the right to search the vehicle and its occupants at that point. Now cavity search wow.... they took the authority of the Carroll Doctrine to the extreme there.

He saying it was illegal because the officer "fabricated" that assumption. Regardless the Cavity search was uncalled for especially the manner that it happened. Bet the bull dike went back into her squad car after the search and finger blasted herself with the gloves still on!

Good luck proving it was fabricated... LOL. I want to know what the hell they said to the two girls with she was done. Geezzz thats messed up, especially over some weed. Even if they found some, I'm sure they would of found under 2 oz which is a class b misdemeanor.

No State police is not upper echelon. I believe they start off in the 30k range. Their jurisdiction is good since its the entire state, but other than that not the tops.
