Originally posted by Chopped54Originally posted by to2000You people amaze me. Imagine you were having to put one if your babies in the ground today. You would have a different out look on this. Your "rights" is part of the reason these babies are dead. There is zero need for these weapons in the public's possession. They are made for mass destruction and that's what happened. Dicks is doing the right thing. I bet you not spending your money there isn't going to put them out of business. Change is going to happen and has to happen. Stop being selfish and consider the rest of the kids that are still in danger BC of people running around with these guns.

Oh, and Nick is pretty helpful on selection and such. They will even sell the rental pistols if you bat your eyes really pretty like."If I asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses." - Henry Ford

I bought a windham arms ar15 at cabelas this past weekend. I had to wait in line for 4 hours to check out, the line at the gun section went around the store
Windham arms is the same company as bushmaster. When bushmaster moved out of windham New York the worked bought back the plant and are now making ar's again.
FYI I convinced the wife rather easily that Obama was taking away our economic freedom to buy assault rifles soon. She was 100% on board getting the rifle after getting over the $850 sticker shock
I say they should not limit fire arm sales, just regulate ammo purchases
I mean can you imagin if the us banned the sales of bullets or gun powder. I could care less about gun laws, but no where In The constitution does it say anything about ammo

Surplus Ammo didn't seem to be taking orders for any AR15 parts online.Originally posted by JesterEvery time you see the fucking guy....show him your fucking dick.. Just whip out your hawg and wiggle it in his direction, put it away, call him a fuckin meatgazer, shoot him the bird and go inside.

Keep in mind that a lot of these places with storefronts are not going to be selling online for a short while because they have product out and moving so rapidly it is very hard to keep track of. They may sell something in the store before realizing an order was placed online. I know of a few gunshops that had purchasers for the stock of ARs they had left in store holding the guns contemplating the purchase, while people were calling to try and but the same guns. You always gotta go with the person in front of you.

Some of you don't understand that Cerberus, Walmart, Dick's are corporations whose goal is to make money. Anything that might be bad press, and could hurt sales - they steer away from. They don't make politcal stands.
Hell, Papa John's sent out a memo that John Scnatter's (the CEO) opinions are not shared by the franchise owners after Schnatter mouthed off about raising pizza prices 14 cents due to Obamacare.
But for those retailers who are still selling AR15's -they welcome your money as you wait in line to buy at peak prices.
I never understood why anyone wants an AR for home defense - a shotgun is far more effective & shots that miss the mark won't kill a neighbor a block away.
