Ive been thinking about this. There is no reason you need a gun like that as a citizen. You cant give me one good reason. If you own a assault rifle do your american duty and turn it into your government for destroyment. Handguns are ok but no one needs a rambo-like gun on the streets.

Edit: Assault weapons are already banned. They fall under the ban in 34. You have to have a Class 3 background check, tax stamp and other random shit to even own one. My Colt M4? Semi auto. NOT an assault rifle.

Read some history-the second amendment isn't just about guns.It is about forming a militia. The day may come again when the American citizens have to fight off tyranny. That won't be done with handguns and hunting rifles.
