WTF! I feel for the parents of the wounded, or worse, kids and the kids themselves.

these kids are going to be jacked up for life... going to school will scare them EVERY SINGLE DAY!... these kids are too young to be able to process something like this and move on easily

People seem to think we still live in a safe country, shattered innocence up there.

This is truly a tragedy. I can't stand it when these things happen to innocent people, especially kids. Any elementary school I've been to, requires someone to let me in. They are usually locked up pretty tight.

Not really Randy. I went across the street to my sons school just this morning. It is "locked up tight", but as I waited in the office I saw at least a dozen kids walk in the front door, take six steps, and then go through another door into the interior. All the current system does is present targets at the onset, or provide callers to 911. Whatever is going to happen is going to happen.



Thoughts and prayers to all those affected by this monsters actions. I can't imagine losing my child, in this (or any other) manner, at this time of year. Damn.

And the bigger issue is that they won't focus on him being an asshole, they'll focus on the guns and screw the rest of us over by trying to capitalize on the tragedy.

After the Oregon mall earlier this week and this today, it wouldn't surprise me for some executive orders to come down. Not to take the tragedy out of either instance, but now would be the perfect time for our Morsi to pull some shit.
