Looks like he got the 5.4L part right. Think it's a 5.4L navigator engine. Look at how wide it is. He had to cut the coolant crossover tube and splice in that hose to accommodate the added width. Also look how close it is to the master cylinder too.

They make adapter plates for the cobra intake, just like the 5.4L 2V swap.
Google image the stock 99 Cobra and look at the difference in width between the stock Cobra engine and his. Especially note how close the coolant crossover is to the alternator on the 4.6L and how far away it is on his. Same goes for the master cylinder clearance.
