    You should post up your good faith estimate for a solid barg then. So we can see this smoking deal.

    Oh and I locked someone in Wednesday at 2.5% with $62 in cost. Total cost. Including all lender and third party fees.

        How did y'all get Wells Fargo to go no closing costs? I just looked on their site and they want $3,600 in closing costs! I ask because I have my current mortgage through them and would like to stay to make it easier.

              It's some kind of streamline deal, not sure of the details. I'm in the process of going from 6.25 to 3.75%

                They marketed that offer unsolicited to us late last spring/early summer. I was not intending to refinance but that was a nothing-to-lose offer. All of the closing documents were sent via UPS and we simply took the ones that needed to be notarized to a local Wells Fargo branch before sending the closing package back.
