          I got 3.25 on our 30 year note last summer. Went from an 1756sq ft house on 0.12 acre to one that is nearly 2400 and a full acre with a ton of trees. Our payment only went up about $80.

              Congrats.. refinancing now from a 4.89 15yr I did 18 months ago to a 2.7 11yr.

              Props to the guy that posted about his financing so I could find the deal, I don't remember who it was.

                I refied about 6 months ago and saved a fortune and knocked off 10 years of payments and payment went up 150 even. so excited to have the house paid off in another 14.5 years. I used Lending Tree was super easy and fast

                  Over the summer i refi @ 2.9% and knocked off 12yrs off my note. only went up like $27 a month

                  It's now on a 15yr note

                        Yeah I took a good look around. House was appraised Sat so hopefully I can close before the holidays..

                        Thx again.

                        Lending Tree, Quicken Loans, is a pain in the ass. Finally had to get blunt with them and tell them to stop calling and that I had their number. If I want to do business with them I would call them.
