The shooter should definitely fry, but I'd have to hear the testimony before passing judgement on the other two. This isn't a case of them being involved in a crime where a gun was used. For all we know they had no idea that their buddy was out to kill someone.

Even if they are tried as adults the law doesn't allow any state to execute anyone who was a minor when their crime was committed; plus they are in Philly and the color of their skin will keep them from receiving a death sentence.

What we really need is gun control; it should be completely illegal for someone that young to own a hand gun. While we are at it we should also make murder illegal and that will stop this sort of thing for good.
