In my nervous hospital experience these were the ones that would jack off and rub their expulsion all over themselves and beg for you to shake their hand or touch them in some way.

Im not exactly sure why you would smuggle anything up your ass into the hospital unless maybe you were a drug addict or something.

My roommate was an older guy with a wheelchair that had sever depression and was turning quickly into an alcoholic back home. I enjoyed trying to learn how to do a wheelie in the wheelchair and got dumped on my ass quite a few times. he taught me how to build a house of cards. was badass watching him do that.
