Hopefully someone on here knows something about aerospace fasteners. This may be impossible to find but I am looking for a high temp, m8x1.25 12 point safety wire drilled bolt (x5), anyone have any ideas on where to get such a part?

Good luck finding any aviation fasteners that are metric.

SPS has a line of metric fasteners but you will have to drill the heads yourself.

I have access to such parts working for a European aerospace company, all our shit is metric. What length are you looking for? I probably have that bolt in titanium.

Most aviation stuff is standard thread AN, MS. Falcon jets are the only aircraft that I have messed with that have any metric. Why not get a stainless metric bolt from fastenal and just drill the head ?

looking for ~35mm, I can cut down whatever though, preferably inconel, I am having major issues with my downpipe fasteners stretching under high heat, titanium may be fine, not sure what the tensile strength difference is at 1400 degrees, anything would be MUCH appreciated.

nice find, unfortunately for me that 6al-4v Ti is only rated to ~660F
