  • Private Investigator Recommendation?

My wife's friend is suspecting that her husband isn't on the up and up, both financially and marriage. Are there any good private investigators around here who are good with these things?

Maybe a marriage counselor or divorce attorney would be a better way to spend her money? If you're at the point of hiring a private investigator I would say the trust is gone and it's either time to bring that into the open and work on it, or move on.

I agree. Even if you're wrong and they are, there's no trust so there's no marriage but on paper.

What exactly is this friend wanting to know? Keep in mind a PI will charge between $60-$100 per hour plus mileage. She is looking at a hefty expense. Message me if you need any info. Most investigators will give you a free consult.

Confront him, and if he refuses to give her all of the truth, call the attorney. Problem solved.

Wife's friend have enough reason to suspect the husband have been using different identity over the years to marry different women and run his construction/landscaping scams before skipping town.

These being unsolicited intel, she is not taking action until there are sufficient evidence. If all these bits and pieces of information are true, it shouldn't be hard to find a trail. Or at least prove that he is using different identity over the years across multiple states.

No. Wouldn't have to hire a PI if it is that obvious.

If they're married, she should have access to his SSN. Should be able to find out if it traces back to his name. She should also have been able to speak to his family so....due diligence.

What it comes down to is that even if nothing is found, she's going to think he got one over. Divorce, no fault, and go her separate way.

Seriously?? Again, no need to waste money. Just get a divorce and move on.
