    Havent heard that name in a long time but the fool was found guilty of negligent homicide today

                          Now if his brakes fails how is it his fault? Shouldn't they go after the make of the dump truck?

                            Negligent homicide. He knew the truck was faulty and in need of repairs yet chose to drive it. Basically he knewingly drove a dump truck that could have a brake failure and cause an accident.
